Understanding and Using PIVOT clause in SQL Server 2005

How to open .MSG Outlook file in Internet Explorer from a web application?

Considering an example web application where the application allows uploading files with extension DOC, RTF, XLS, PPT, GIF, JPEG, PDF and MSG.
